LONDON
FELLOWS PROGRAMME
GFS LDN has deferred our Fellows Programme to 2026
You may have already heard the news: Ghetto Film School has solidified a new partnership with a sister organization to support one another moving forward via shared expertise and resources. In light of this, we will be making some structural changes to the Fellows Programme curriculum. Because just like the brilliant artists that walk through our doors, we aim to grow and change with the world around us.
That’s why, just for this calendar year, GFS LDN is deferring our recruitment process. What this means is that we will not be accepting a new class this summer, and will reopen applications in Spring 2026.
We do this because we want Ghetto Film School to continue delivering relevant, world-class programming geared towards the modern entertainment industry, alongside training that benefits our students across real world settings, enabling them to build their dream careers.
In the meantime, you will still find relevant updates on our operations and current Fellows via this website, our on any of our social media handles. We look forward to sharing what we have in store for the future.
The Programme
Students complete a 30-month university-level pre-professional immersion in cinematic storytelling and production training. The Fellows Programme is completely free of charge for all students, with food and travel expenses covered.
Students receive instruction from leading filmmakers and industry professionals, including well known directors, writers and cinematographers. Each year, our students visit live sets, studios and screen their top films at prestigious venues.
At the conclusion of The Fellows Programme, students enroll at top universities, or oftentimes jump straight into the creative industry.
The Students
Incoming applicants are between the ages of 16 and 19. No prior filmmaking experience is required. Our programme is open to London residents.
